Intern, Office of the President

Position Summary

Reporting to the Senior Fellow and the Executive Assistant to the President, the Intern will catalogue and organize books, media, and other reference materials now in unoccupied space and in common space in the office of the John Templeton Foundation.

Primary Areas of Responsibility

  • Prepare inventory of books by last name of author.
  • Prepare inventory of media such as CDs, DVDs, and videos.
  • Prepare inventory of other reference materials such as pamphlets and magazines.  
  • Shelf and organize inventoried materials, organized by author.
  • Provide other support as needed to the Office of the President.

Criteria & Relevant Skills

  • High-school diploma preferred.
  • Rigorous attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
  • Professionalism, dedication, and humility.
  • Intellectual curiosity about the Foundation’s mission.
